Scott Eats takes on Max Stanford's 9:12 record on a 14-patty burger in Phoenix
Back in Phoenix, Scott Eats sat down at Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers to face a 14-patty burger stack and the 9:12 record that Max vs Food's Max Stanford set there.
Scott Eats at Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers, posted Nov 5. Plays here from the Scott Eats channel.
Scott Eats is back in Phoenix, Arizona, and this time the name he is chasing belongs to one of the UK's best.
The stack
The burger challenge at Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers is a tower of 14 beef patties. The time to beat is 9 minutes and 12 seconds, set by Max Stanford of Max vs Food.
According to the video's description, Stanford's run broke a record that had stood for around eight years.
The catch
Scott went in hoping to beat that time, or at least get close to it. He says there is something about the challenge he only found out after it was over, and he explains it near the end of the video.
Whether he got under 9:12, and what the catch is, are both in the video, posted Nov 5.
Back on the road
The Phoenix stop follows his trip to Louisville for Kentucky's biggest taco challenge, which Eatletes covered on Oct 31.
